On-Point Express Courier will from time to time review this list. It is the responsibility of the customer to accurately describe the shipment on waybills and to ensure that no material is delivered to On-Point Express Courier which has been declared prohibited by On-Point Express Courier.
On-Point Express Courier will not transport the below listed items, the carriage of which are prohibited by any law, local government of any country - from, to or through :-

WORKS OF ART (Except on a special and legal arrangement)

DEEDS

ANIMALS

NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENTS IN BEARER FORM

LEWD, OBSCENE OR PORNOGRAPHIC MATERIALS
In the event that any customer should consign to On-Point Express Courier any such item, as described above, or any item which the customer has undervalued for customs purpose or wrongly described, whether intentionally or otherwise the customer shall indemnify and hold On-Point Express Courier harmless from all claims, damages, fines and expenses arising in connection therewith, and On-Point Express Courier shall have the right to abandon such property and / or release possession of said property to any agent or employee of any national or local government claiming jurisdiction over such materials. Immediately upon On-Point Express Courier obtaining knowledge that such materials infringing these conditions have been turned over to On-Point Express Courier for transport. On-Point Express Courier shall be free to exercise any of its rights reserved to it under this section without incurring liability whatsoever to the customer.
